Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4 x 10 hour shifts from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM
• Every other weekend schedule required
• Operate Computerized Tomography and Radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic CT scans and radiographs
• Work under indirect supervision
• Evaluate images with Radiologist and take additional images as needed
• Assist with invasive procedures
• Primary focus on CT technology with additional X-ray responsibilities
• Equipment used: Canon CT Rad X-ray
• Trauma Level 1 experience preferred
• Must be graduate of A.M.A. approved school of Radiologic Technology
• Must be registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
• Must be licensed as a Radiographer by the State of Ohio
• One year Radiology Technology experience preferred
• CT Registry preferred
• CPR Certification required
• Ability to lift 50-100 pounds occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
• Manual dexterity required for equipment operation and patient positioning
• Ability to administer intravenous injections of contrast
• Computer system proficiency required for patient records management
