RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in a 32-bed Cardiac Progressive Care/Telemetry unit specializing in CHF
• Day shift patient ratio: 1:4, Night shift patient ratio: 1:5
• Must have 2+ years of experience in PCU/Telemetry
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Must be able to float to other units as needed
• Epic experience within the last year required
• Must be proficient in heparin drips, administering blood products, and EKG interpretations and rhythm changes
• Must be able to draw blood and start/maintain IVs
• Solid black scrubs required
• Must have nursing degree through ACEN or CCNE accreditation
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off allowed during assignment
• No RTO allowed during first two weeks of assignment
• No block-scheduling requests accepted
• Interview required for position
