RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts starting at 5:30 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday coverage as needed
• Must make up any missed shifts within 2 weeks of absence
• Float throughout facility within skillset and to all ThedaCare facilities within 60-mile radius
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, AHA BLS
• Minimum 3+ years RN experience required
• Minimum 2+ years medical-surgical experience required
• EPIC charting experience within last 2 years required
• At least one completed travel contract required - no new travelers
• Experience with surgical patients required
• Care for patients with GI conditions, GI drips, urology cases, PCAs, NGs, vascular, and orthopedic conditions
• Patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:6
• Black scrubs required
• 8-hour unbillable orientation required
• Previous travel experience required - candidates from within 50-mile radius of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI not eligible
