Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts starting at 5:30 PM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract
• Weekend schedule as needed (every other to every 3rd weekend depending on unit needs)
• Holiday rotation as needed
• Float requirements throughout facility within skillset and to all ThedaCare facilities within 60-mile radius
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Patient ratio of 1:5-6 with RNs paired with support staff (LPN/CNA) based on acuity
• Handle Med/Surg cases, COVID patients, pre-post cath and post pacemaker cases
• Occasional pediatric patients
• Must have 3+ years RN experience and 1 travel contract required
• EPIC charting experience within the last year required
• Previous travel experience required - candidates from facilities or home locations within 50 miles of ThedaCare Corporate Center not eligible
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, AHA BLS
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Black scrubs required
• 8-hour unbillable orientation
• Must be hard worker, resilient, manage change well, and have strong social skills
