RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts starting at 5:30 PM
• 8-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend required (open to every weekend requests)
• Holiday coverage as needed
• Float requirements throughout facility within skillset and to all ThedaCare facilities within 60-mile radius
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Patient ratio of 1:5-6 with RN paired with support staff (LPN/CNA) based on acuity
• Primary cases include Med/Surg and COVID patients
• Experience with pre/post cardiac catheterization and post pacemaker procedures required
• Occasional pediatric patients
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, AHA BLS
• Minimum 3+ years RN experience and 1 travel contract required
• EPIC charting experience within the last year required
• Previous travel experience required - no candidates within 50 miles of facility
• Associate degree or certificate required
• Black scrubs required
• 8-hour unbillable orientation
• Clinical interview services conducted
