RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts starting at 5:30 AM
• Must work every weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Holiday rotation required
• 13-week contract assignment
• Patient ratio of 1:5 during day shift
• Float throughout facility within skillset and to all facilities within 60-mile radius
• No on-call or call back requirements
• Must wear black scrubs
• Minimum 3+ years of RN experience required
• Minimum 2+ years medical/surgical experience and 1 travel assignment required
• Must have neuro/ortho trauma experience
• EPIC charting experience within the last 2 years required
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, AHA BLS, and NIHSS
• Must be comfortable with chest tubes, PCA/epidural/Q-ball, CBI, and post-op neuro and ortho trauma surgeries
• Care for trauma surgical, neuro, and orthopedic patients
• Previous travel experience required
• Associate degree or certificate required
• 8-hour unbillable orientation
