Description

RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts from 6:15 AM to 5:15 PM
• Shift days are consistent (same days every week) but not consecutive
• Call required: 2-3 twelve-hour call shifts per 6-week period
• Call shifts include weekends and holidays that fall during the week
• Call shift times: either 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Up to 1 stay late shift per week required
• Stay late on-call hours: 5:15 PM to 7:15 PM for 10-hour shifts, 7:15 PM to 9:15 PM for 12-hour shifts
• If sent home during stay late shift, will not be called back
• 30-minute response time required for call due to Level 2 trauma center status
• Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room environment
• Support surgical procedures and maintain sterile environments
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
