Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week over 13-week contract
• Every other weekend requirement with Memorial Day availability mandatory
• Holiday rotation required
• Float throughout facility within skillset and to all ThedaCare facilities within 60-mile radius
• No on-call or callback requirements
• Patient ratios typically 1:5, can increase to 1:7 on busier days
• Work in 20-bed stepdown/med-surg unit with higher acuity, average daily census 12-18 patients
• Must be comfortable with patients on drips and higher acuity care
• Required certifications: Wisconsin RN License, AHA BLS, and NIHSS
• 1-2+ years nursing experience required
• Stepdown experience strongly preferred
• Critical access experience strongly preferred
• EPIC charting experience within the last year required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Black scrubs required
• 8-hour unbillable orientation
