Opportunity:
RN - Stepdown
Job Details:
• Provide safe, efficient, age-specific nursing care to patients and families
• Implement nursing process by delivering effective relationship-based nursing care
• Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery for safe practice and positive care outcomes
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5 to 1:6
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH
• Floating requirement to inpatient areas including SDU, MCU, West Medical, West Surgical, and ED for boarded patients
• May float to affiliated medical center locations including TP ST, TP MT, TP CCU, and ED for boarded patients
• Demonstrate clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care
• Contribute to professional practice of nursing and display leadership for optimal clinical outcomes
• Assist patients to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status
• Complete RN duties as assigned

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
