Opportunity:

RN - CCU/ICU

Job Details:

• Work in 19-bed Neurosurgical ICU caring for complex neurological patients
• Straight weekend block position working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights
• Patient assignments of 2-3:1 ratio
• Care for patients with acute stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, seizures, and post-surgical conditions
• Perform invasive intracranial pressure monitoring and frequent neurological assessments
• Conduct hemodynamic monitoring and coordinate routine CT, MRI, and angiography procedures
• May be required to float to other ICUs and step-down units
• Neurosurgical ICU experience required
• Must be comfortable managing critically ill neurological patients requiring intensive monitoring
