Opportunity:

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Work in a 19-bed Neurosurgical ICU providing specialized care for complex neurological conditions
• Care for patients with acute stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), seizures, and post-surgical conditions
• Manage patients requiring invasive intracranial pressure monitoring
• Perform frequent neurological assessments and hemodynamic monitoring
• Coordinate routine CT, MRI, and angiography procedures
• Handle patient assignments with 2-3:1 patient-to-nurse ratios
• May be required to float to other ICUs and step-down units as needed
• Provide critical care nursing for neurologically complex patients requiring intensive monitoring and specialized interventions
