RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Provide care to medical/surgical adult inpatients including orthopedics, neuro-surgical and level 1 trauma patients
• Focus on zero-harm initiatives, patient safety and quality care delivery
• Enhance patient experience through effective pain management strategies
• Conduct proactive patient rounding and bedside hand-off procedures
• Work in a 24-bed unit with surveillance and telemetry monitoring capabilities
• Utilize Masimo technology for patient monitoring
• Care for orthopedic, non-acute stroke and trauma patients
• Work in Level I age friendly NICHE certified facility environment
