RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work on a specialized stepdown unit focusing on cardiac and thoracic surgery patients
• Provide intermediate level care between intensive care and general medical floors
• Monitor and assess patients recovering from cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage complex medication regimens and post-operative care protocols
• Current RN license required
• Experience in stepdown or cardiac care preferred
