Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• 13-week assignment
• Monday through Friday, 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)
• On-call schedule 10-14 days per schedule including weekends and holidays
• Weekend call required but no regular weekends
• Deliver high-quality patient care and technical expertise for Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology procedures
• Assist with cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures
• Perform emergency interventions as needed under guidance of credentialed invasive cardiologist or electrophysiologist
• Work with structural heart cases including TAVR, Watchman/Amulet, PFO, and Mitral Clip procedures
• Handle implanted medical devices such as PPM and IABP
• Assist with defibrillators (ICDs) and ablation procedures
• Associate of Science degree or completion of Cardiovascular Tech program required
• One year of procedural area experience required including Cath, IR, and EP to circulate and scrub
• Must be proficient in Impella procedures
• Required certifications: ARRTR license, Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT), BLS/ACLS
• Experience with EPIQ ultrasound machine required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• No guaranteed hours first 2 weeks of contract
