Description

Radiology Tech / X-Ray Tech

Job Overview

Performs computerized tomographic radiological procedures and may also perform general diagnostic radiology examinations.
Shift: 7a–7p, days, every other weekend.
Schedule: block scheduling is available; weekends may be included.
On-call: no.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1 year of experience.
Registered with ARRT and advanced registry in Computed Tomography (CT), or registry-eligible.
BLS certification.

Additional Details

Interview format: 15-minute phone call.
Must maintain required continuing education hours.
Technology used includes GE, OEC C-arms, and Carestream Portables.
