• Nights, 12 hours per day

Unit Details

• 70 residents, mostly private rooms
• Typical patient population includes dementia, frail elderly, and rehabilitation patients
• RN ratio: 1:20
• LPN ratio: 1:20
• CNA ratio: 1:8

Responsibilities

• Charting
• Assessments
• Charge duties
• Medication administration
• Clinical skills including IVs, catheters, and ostomy care

Required Qualifications

• BLS certification
• Elderly experience

Schedule Requirements

• Every other weekend
• Available for at least half of the holidays during the assignment
• Floating required

Additional Notes

• No on-call requirement
• Must clock in and out at the facility
• If previously worked for this employer, there must be an end date at least 6 months before submission
