RN Medical/Surgical
Location
- Aledo, Illinois
Schedule
- 12-hour night shift: 18:45 - 07:15
- Every other weekend and every other holiday
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- 1 year of Med Surg experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Onboarding Requirements
- Criminal background check
- Education verification
- Drug screen completed within 30 days of start
- MMR documentation
- Varicella documentation
- Tdap within the past 10 years
- Physical/health statement within the past year
- COVID-19 vaccine documentation
- Trinity-specific onboarding forms and compliance documents
- Joint Commission testing within the past year
- System access form completed one week before start
