Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit

Utica, New York

Schedule

Night shift
36 hours per week
Block scheduling is not guaranteed

Contract Length

13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Driver's License
Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex
Experience with Epic

Experience Preferences

4 to 5 years of ICU experience preferred
Heart experience highly preferred

Assignment Details

Local candidates within 75 miles are accepted
Floating is required to all units except Behavioral and ER, unless holding
Navy scrubs

Unit Overview

42-bed ICU
Patient populations include neuro/medical, CTICU, and surgical/trauma cases
Specialty equipment includes IABP, CRRT, ventriculostomy, ICP monitoring, and TTM
