Overview
- Location: Boston, Massachusetts
- Employment type: LTA
- Contract length: 26 weeks
- Shift: Tuesday–Friday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM; Saturday 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
Required Qualifications
- Valid Mammography Technologist license in Massachusetts
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Mammography Technologist experience
- ARRT
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- Resume including the past 7 years of work experience, with city and state listed for all work experience and education
- 2 references from within the past 4 years, including at least 1 supervisor or above in the skillset
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission
- License/certification primary source verification within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration
- MMR documentation or proof of immunity
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date
- Physician statement signed by an MD, DO, NP, or PA
- Criminal background check
- Massachusetts CORI check
- Confirmation of assignment/POI form
- Education verification
- SSN trace
- National sex offender check
- Exclusion checks
- Beeline attestation
Optional / Conditional
- Chest x-ray documentation if TB screening is positive
- Name change documentation if legal name does not match credential or profile records
- TB symptom survey if positive PPD
