Description

Ultrasound Technologist

Job Overview

Employment type: Temp
Shift: 12-hour night shift
Schedule: Friday through Sunday, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Contract length: 12 weeks
Location requirement: Must live at least 50 miles away

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and diploma from a school of radiologic technology
Minimum 2 years of experience as an ultrasound technologist
Ultrasound technologist experience within the last year
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Active American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) ultrasound tech license

Preferred Qualifications

BS or MS in Healthcare
Lead experience

Role Summary

Performs ultrasound procedures to assist in diagnosis and treatment
Produces images for radiologist interpretation
Maintains required records and equipment quality control procedures
