Job Summary

Registered nurse providing direct and indirect care in a therapeutic environment for residents.
Unit settings include:
- Alzheimer’s/dementia care
- Transitional rehabilitation for short-term skilled nursing and rehab
- Long-term care

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Maine
Long Term Care experience within the last year
2 years of Long Term Care experience
BLS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Required Skills

Medical terminology preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work well within a team of other care providers
Flexibility to cover 24/7 operations
Flexibility to float to other units as needed

Additional Notes

Previous employees are not accepted
Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered
Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
The assignment may be canceled up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract
