Description

Sleep Technologist

Overview

Location: Bismarck, North Dakota
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts
Weekly hours: 36 guaranteed hours
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

BLS certification
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification via BRPT
North Dakota Respiratory Care license
Registered Sleep Technologist credential
CPR
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in the sleep disorders field preferred

Job Duties

Perform sleep studies and administer treatments for patients with sleep disorders, including CPAP, oxygen, and bilevel therapy

Work Environment

4 sleep beds
1 technologist per 2 patients

Additional Notes

Must be noted in submission if the clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health; if previously employed there, the end date must be at least 6 months before submission
Does not accept local travelers with permanent addresses within 80 miles
Clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
Gray scrubs required
No weekends or holidays
