Description

Registered Nurse

Location

Fargo, North Dakota

Contract

13 weeks
36 hours per week
12-hour day/night rotation
Every other weekend and holiday

Required Qualifications

Active North Dakota or compact state RN license
BLS certification from AHA
At least 2 years of recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting with 250+ beds
At least 1 year of med/surg experience
Level 1 trauma experience
Experience in a large, busy hospital environment
EPIC experience
Must be willing to float to all medical-surgical units on all 3 campuses in Fargo
Must have prior travel experience and will not consider candidates currently on their first travel assignment

Unit Details

32-bed inpatient medical-surgical unit
Adult medical/surgical patients, including some behavioral admissions
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 5:1 on days, 6:1 on nights

Additional Notes

Candidates within 60 miles are not eligible
Candidates living 60 to 80 miles away are eligible at a reduced local rate
Interview times should be provided with the submission
The manager will contact candidates directly before an offer
Navy blue scrubs are required
Clinicians must badge in and out
Candidates who previously worked for the same health system must have an end date at least 6 months before submission
