Practice Manager

Overview

Location: Chicago, Illinois
Employment type: LTA
Shift: 08:00 - 16:30
Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Summary

Serves as a liaison between physicians, office employees, and other clinical and administrative areas.
Oversees daily practice operations, including services, site policies, staff development, and patient flow.
Manages staff relations, including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
Handles scheduling, recruitment, and payroll.
Monitors billing and collection functions, budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts, and vendor relations.
Supports financial, budget, and business goals and may assist with physician compensation system development.
Coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Manager experience with 2 years of experience
Manager experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
Family Medicine experience
