Pharmacist

Location

Kingman, Arizona

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

8-hour shifts
40 hours per week
Rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Every other weekend
May work as the sole pharmacist on night shift

Required Qualifications

Valid Hospital Pharmacist license in Arizona
Hospital Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
Hospital Pharmacist experience within the last year
BLS
IV admixture and sterile compounding certificates
Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting

Assignment Details

Inpatient pharmacy role
Responsibilities include dispensing prescriptions, monitoring drug therapy, IV admixture and sterile compounding, counseling patients, documenting interventions, providing drug information, and supervising support personnel
No floating to other units or departments

Additional Notes

Local candidates are not accepted within a 50-mile radius
12 hours of non-billable orientation
Night shift is preferred
Training on computer and other systems is provided for about 2 weeks before starting coverage shifts
Business casual dress code
