Description
RN Telemetry Float Pool
Overview
- Location: Salem, Massachusetts
- Employment type: Long-term assignment
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Schedule: Every other weekend
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Role Summary
- Float pool telemetry RN covering multiple med/surg telemetry areas and other units across the hospital.
- Responsible for cardiac monitoring, cardiac drips, and reading telemetry strips.
- Must be willing to float to 8 different units.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- 2 years or more of total travel experience
- 2 years of experience working as a Traveler
Additional Job Details
- Rotation between days/evenings and nights may occur during the contract
- Free on-site parking
