ICU RN Contract Job
Location

Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in Washington
- CCU - Coronary Care experience within the last year
- 1 year of experience in CCU - Coronary Care
Unit-Specific Requirements
- ACLS within 6 months of hire
- PALS within 12 months of hire
- TNCC within 12 months of hire
- PEARS within 12 months of hire
- Moderate sedation training within 12 months of hire and annually thereafter
Preferred
- RN-C preferred
Role Overview
- Provides direct patient care and care management
- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care
- Delegates and supervises other caregivers
- May function as charge nurse
- Works with patients across the age continuum
Additional Notes
- Continuing education includes 4 hours of orientation training and 4 hours of annual training
- May cancel up to two shifts per month or up to six shifts within any 13-week assignment
