CT Cardiac Tech

Job Details

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Schedule: No weekends, no call

Role Summary

Perform cardiac CT and vascular CT

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Iowa
CT Technologist experience within the last year
1 year of CT Technologist experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Onboarding Requirements

COVID-19 vaccination or approved declination/exemption
MMR documentation
Fit test
Hepatitis B documentation or declination
2-step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/T-Spot), or chest x-ray if positive
Varicella documentation
Physical/health statement from an exam within the last year
Drug screen completed before start
Tdap within the past 10 years
Iowa child and adult dependent abuse training
Iowa criminal history, sex offender, dependent adult, and child abuse registry check
Confidentiality and information security agreement
Conflict of interest disclosure form
