Contract Length

• 13 weeks

Schedule

• 12-hour day shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• No self-scheduling
• Block scheduling not guaranteed

Required Qualifications

• Current CPR certification before the first day
• RN license

Unit Details

• Skilled nursing / long-term care floor with a mix of long-term and skilled residents
• 30 residents per unit, 60 total for the floor
• Private rooms
• No telemetry monitors
• No oxygen therapy equipment such as CPAP, BiPAP, or high flow
• N95 required for COVID precautions

Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage IVs, PICC lines, mediports, and central lines
• Administer IV antibiotics, blood, and IV fluids

Team and Support

• Physicians available 24/7 by phone
• On-site pharmacist
• On-site support from PT, OT, ST, social services, case managers, business office, dieticians, medical records, and pharmacist

Orientation

• 2 shifts of orientation

Floating

• Float as needed before core staff

Dress Code

• Navy blue scrubs
