Description

Occupational Therapist

Overview

Contract role in San Ramon, California.
Home health occupational therapy assignment.
New grads are welcome.
Home health experience is preferred, not required.

Territory

Area #6: Vacaville, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Dixon.
Area #7: Vallejo, Benicia, Napa, American Canyon, Yountville.

Schedule and hours

Day shift.
36 hours per week.
Guaranteed-hours option is available; non-guaranteed hours option is also available.
Weekend coverage may be required.
May need to travel outside the service area occasionally to secure a full caseload.
Must be willing to see Covid+ and Covid Pui patients.

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in California.
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year.
BLS.
Driver's License.
Auto insurance.
Auto registration.
TB annual.
MMR.
Varicella.
HepB.
TDap within 10 years.
Flu annual.
Drug screen.
Physical.

Preferred Qualifications

Home health experience.
