Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Illinois
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
NRP
Current RN license / certificate verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
Ascension Skills Checklist, clinical only, completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty
Ascension Pharmacology Exam: completed prior to start, minimum 80%, only 2 attempts allowed, updated every 3 years
Ascension Specialty Exam: completed prior to first assignment, minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, only 2 attempts allowed, updated every 3 years
Ascension Core Competencies: completed within a year of start, minimum 80% or national benchmark passing score, only 2 attempts allowed, updated every 3 years
Ascension EKG Exam: passing score of at least 80%, only two attempts permitted, updated every 3 years
