5N Med/Surg - Medical Stroke

Location

Parkersburg, West Virginia

Assignment Details

13-week contract
12-hour night shifts
36 hours per week
Weekends as scheduled

Required Qualifications

RN (Registered Nurse)
BLS (AHA)
Unexpired driver’s license copy must be included with submission

Preferred

NIHSS
Experience with strokes
EPIC familiarity
Travel experience

5N Med/Surg Medical Stroke
Flexes up to 35 beds
Average daily census: 26-28
Typical ratio: 1:5-6
3 PCT

Clinical Notes

After TPA or lower level
Common patient mix includes COPD, pneumonia, abdominal pain, occasional surgical overflow, thyroidectomy, and catchall cases
