Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee.
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year.
- 1 year of OR - Operating Room experience.
- BLS issued by American Heart Association.
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Driver's License.
Onboarding / Compliance
- Ascension Color Vision completed prior to start and updated every 3 years.
- Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start, updated every 3 years, with a minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark; only 2 attempts allowed.
