Occupational Therapist Home Health

Overview

Contract assignment in Hermiston, Oregon
Home health patient care provided in patients’ homes
Day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
40 hours per week
Weekend rotation required
Must work Thanksgiving and New Year’s
Must have own car

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
Valid Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
Occupational Therapist (3 years of experience)
Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
BLS
Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

Evidence of continuing education appropriate for skill level and area of practice
Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the American Occupational Therapy Association

Additional Notes

CRASE training will be required if the travel assignment extends beyond 6 months
