Clinical Hospital Pharmacist

Overview

Contract assignment in Zanesville, Ohio
13 weeks
40 hours per week
Varied shifts, with a typical shift of 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Must be willing to cover weekends and evening shifts

Required Qualifications

Valid Pharmacist license in Ohio
Pharmacist (1 year of experience)
Pharmacist experience within the last year
BLS
Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
Pharmacokinetic dosing experience, specifically vancomycin
Warfarin management experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient
