CT/XRAY Technologist

Location: Craig, Colorado

Overview

Provides diagnostic imaging services, with a focus on CT scanning, radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, C-arm, and OR work.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in radiologic technology
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
• ARRT (R)
• ARRT (CT)
• Radiology Technologist experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• 1 year of CT Technologist experience

Preferred

• Two years prior experience as a practicing CT Technologist
• Cross-trained into other modalities, including MRI, DEXA, and Mammography
• Experience with electronic records, including PACS and RIS/HIS

Additional Role Details

• Assists radiologist with routine and interventional CT procedures
• Demonstrates proficiency in IV placement for contrast administration and safe IV contrast administration
• May assist in other modalities, clerical duties, phone reception, and patient transportation when required
• May take calls, overtime, or holiday shifts as needed
• Additional training or certification will be provided as required
