Description

Endo/GI RN

Location

  • Marshfield, Wisconsin

Contract Length

  • 13 weeks

Schedule

  • Day shift
  • 36 hours per week
  • Four 9-hour days with one day off weekly
  • Shift times: 0730-1700 or 0830-1800
  • May need to stay late to finish cases or recover patients
  • Call rotation for 24/7 coverage
  • Weekend call on an 8–9-week rotation
  • Holiday call on rotation
  • Call response time: 45–60 minutes

Unit

  • Endo GI Unit
  • 10 procedure/OR rooms total: 8 outpatient and 2 inpatient
  • Average volume: 30 cases per day
  • Common cases: EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, Dilations, food impactions

Required Qualifications

  • RN license in Wisconsin or a compact state
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • At least pre/post experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Conscious sedation experience
  • Advanced GI case experience
  • Pre-op and recovery experience
  • MAC experience

Additional Details

  • No floating
  • Facility supplies scrubs
  • Unit orientation provided
