Assignment Details

Local placements accepted within a 50-mile radius

Required Qualifications

ACLS
BLS Certification
NIHSS
Active IL license, or confirmation that the application process has been initiated

Submission Requirements

Last four digits of the clinician’s SSN
Clinician’s middle initial
Requested time off

Additional Notes

Local clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles receive a reduced rate
12 hours of non-billable orientation
Guaranteed hours do not apply during orientation
Drug screen required for all panels
