RN Telemetry I

Overview

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Employment type: LTA
Shift: 18:30 - 07:00
Contract length: 13 weeks

Role Summary

Provides direct nursing care, including implementing and monitoring patient care plans, communicating patient condition, coordinating disciplines for patient care, carrying out physician and nursing orders, and supporting discharge planning.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIH Certification
Ascension Resume
Ascension Profile
Ascension 2 Professional References: at least two professional references completed prior to first assignment.
Ascension Skills Checklist
RN Telemetry I role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a stressful environment.
