Registered Nurse

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
Night shift, 3x12 hours: 18:30–07:00
Every other weekend rotation and some holidays
Long-term care setting
Night shift RN may assume charge duties and could be the only RN in the facility

Unit / Staffing

1 RN per hall
Med tech per hall
CNA ratio: 1:8–10 on days and 1:20 on nights

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Skilled Nursing (1 year of experience)
Skilled Nursing experience within the last year
Experience in a Long Term Care setting

Required Clinical Practices

Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR)
AIDET
Hourly rounding
