X-Ray Technologist

Overview

Role: X-Ray Technologist
Employment type: LTA
Location: Weymouth, Massachusetts
Shift: 08:00 - 16:30
Contract length: 26 weeks

Role Summary

Provides advanced clinical-level patient care while producing radiologic images for diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include completing x-rays efficiently, determining appropriate radiographic technique, preparing and positioning patients, explaining procedures, recording digital images for radiologist interpretation, maintaining records, and providing radiation protection. May assist Radiology Technologist students and new staff.

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technologist license in Massachusetts
Radiology Technologist (2 years of experience)
Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
Fluoroscopy imaging experience
