Registered Nurse Operating Room

Overview

Role: Registered Nurse Operating Room
Specialty: RN OR
Location: Newton, Massachusetts

Schedule: 40 hours, nights; Monday–Friday, 11:15 p.m.–7:15 a.m.
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Onboarding / Compliance Requirements

Primary source verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration
Self-study orientation & attestation
Fit test for N95 within 365 days of start date and updated annually
Respirator Medical Clearance attestation if required for the skill
Medication exam with 80% passing score within 365 days
MMR documentation or immunity
Influenza vaccine
TB test documentation
Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA
Criminal background check
Massachusetts CORI
