Description

Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 34-bed medical/surgical telemetry unit. This position will work night shifts in a 4x12-hour schedule, with shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. The RN will play a critical role in providing patient care, coordinating with the healthcare team, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Unit Information

34-bed medical/surgical unit with telemetry capabilities
Patient-to-nurse ratios: 1:5-7

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical/surgical setting
Current RN license
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Additional Information

Travel experience is not required
Scrubs will not be provided
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system: Cerner
Attendance policy: The facility has a clear attendance expectation, allowing only a limited number of call-offs during the contract period
