Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Medical, Surgical, and Trauma Intensive Care Unit settings.

Shift Information

• 12-hour shifts available (Day or Evening)
• Every other weekend required
• Some holiday shifts required
• 4x12 shifts may be considered for travelers

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize strong assessment skills to identify changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required.
• Experience in Medical, Surgical, and Trauma ICU required.
• Epic experience required.
• Current WI RN or compact RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA only).
• Candidates must successfully pass a Telemetry test prior to clearance to start.
