Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist with certification in hand therapy to join our team. This role involves providing specialized care to clients with hand and upper extremity conditions, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance functional recovery and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at maximizing patients’ functional abilities
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and rehabilitation strategies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment responses

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure in Washington as an Occupational Therapist
• Certification as a Hand Therapist (CHT) required
• Strong understanding of upper extremity anatomy and rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities
