Description

Home Health Occupational Therapist -
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8hr Days
Ratios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 27- 30 productivity points standard based on territory)
First-Timers Accepted: YES
Weekend REQ: No weekend requirement
Is On-Call REQ?: No Call Required
Locals Accepted: Yes


Experience Requirements:
1 YR of recent Skilled OT Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years) (will not accept inpatient exp)
Case Load: Adults, 4-5 patients per day
Certs REQ: BCLS
License: Must have WA license, or compact license
OASIS REQUIRED & HCHB PREFERRED

Additional Notes:
Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time.
Occasional maximum radius of 100 miles due to territory
Timely communication and documentation required
Documentation tools will be provided, and must be returned.
