Job Description

Join our team as a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients with pulmonary, cardiac, and medical/surgical needs. This role requires dedication, critical thinking, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Schedule

• Shifts: 3x12 or 4x12 nights, from 7 PM to 7 AM
• Weekdays: Required
• Weekends: Every other weekend required
• Floating: Ability to float within scope if needed
• Holiday RTO: Limited to 1 of the 3 major holidays

Unit Information

• 16 monitored pulmonary and cardiac beds
• Full telemetry floor with centralized monitoring
• Patient Ratios: 1:5

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Telemetry experience required
• First-time travelers accepted if experience requirements are met
• West Virginia/Compact RN License required; pending licenses may be accepted
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required

Additional Information

• Orientation held every other week on Thursday
• Parking: Free for travelers
• Flu Shot: Required unless a documented medical exemption is provided
• COVID Vaccination: Not required
