This is a float pool position requiring flexibility to float to multiple different units. Candidates must possess substantial acute care hospital experience.

Position Information

• Role: RN
• Specialty: ICU
• Shift: 7am to 7:30pm or 7pm to 7:30am
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 48
• Weekend Hours: 75% weekends required
• Years of Experience: 3 years ICU experience required
• Floating Requirements: May float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, CTICU based on candidate experience. Responsible for patients in Intermediate Care units with ratios of 1:3.

Patient Care Responsibilities

• Provide care for basic ICU patients, including those who are sedated, intubated, or on pressors.
• You will not be assigned to care for high complexity patients such as those on Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT).

Hiring Profile

• Required Skills/Experience: Minimum of 3 years of ICU experience.
• Preferred Skills/Experience: Additional experience in various ICU settings.
