Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CT Technologist to join our team in a busy Level One trauma and stroke center. The successful candidate will be proficient in operating both GE and Siemens CT scanners.
Schedule
This position offers a full-time schedule of Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct CT imaging procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging in accordance with established protocols.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during the imaging process.
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care.
- Document and maintain accurate records of procedures performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in imaging practices.
Qualifications
- Current certification and registration as a CT Technologist.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, particularly in trauma and stroke imaging.
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging principles and protocols.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
