Shift Information
This position requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with every third weekend required.
Minimum Experience
A minimum of 2 years of current/recent hospital experience is required.
Certifications & Requirements
- Active BLS and Ohio LPN license
- IV certification required
- Current proficiency in Epic EMR (refresher classes or one-on-one sit-in not available)
Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will primarily work on Medical Surgical/Observation units and may float to various Med-Surg units as necessary. Responsibilities include managing a patient load of up to 5 patients under RN oversight. Strong competency in telemetry is mandatory; candidates will be tested on this skill during the first day. Please note that failure to pass the competency test or demonstrate Epic proficiency will result in termination.
Additional Requirements
- Holiday coverage may be required.
Only one start date is available for this position: November 16th.
